For over 15 years, I’ve paired my passion for endurance coaching with a career as a Cytech trained professional bicycle mechanic. Having spent years working in a busy, fast-paced workshop, there is truly very little I haven’t seen, diagnosed, or fixed. From kids' bikes and trikes to BMXs, mountain bikes (MTBs), E-Bikes, and high-performance Time Trial (TT) machines—if it has two wheels (or three!), it’s in safe hands with me.

Living with ADHD means my brain is naturally wired for hyper-focus, absolute honesty, and an intense perfectionism. In a workshop, this is my superpower. While some shops might rush a job to clear the stand, my attention to detail ensures that every single nut, bolt, cable, and bearing is tuned to absolute perfection.
